"Principals are afraid to take responsibility" – MP on banning smartphones in schools

Most school principals are still afraid to take responsibility for imposing restrictions on the use of smartphones during classes, said Askhat AIMAGAMBETOV, a deputy of the Majilis and former Minister of Education and Science.
