Hundreds of thousands of Kazakhstanis risk being left without targeted social assistance due to loans

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population has proposed changing the criteria for assigning targeted social assistance (TSA). Now, when considering applications, not only income will be taken into account, but also expenses, loans, savings, and property of Kazakhstanis.
