The management of the heating company in Kostanay does not yet know how to simply take what belongs to others into the balance sheet

In July, amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Heat and Power Engineering” came into force . They require the transfer of common building metering devices to the heating company. That is, residents of high-rise buildings bought them, and they must return them free of charge. Whether there was a transfer process, the media were interested in at a meeting in the Kostanay akimat.
